footprints

We firmly believe that social assessments are inseparable from environmental assessments, aiming to:

What are
social footprints ?

"Social footprints" refer to the social and socio-economic impacts of your products, services, or activities throughout their lifecycle.

To assess these impacts, whether positive or negative, our approach at EVEA is based on the Social Life Cycle Analysis (S-LCA) method.

Social Life
Cycle Analysis (S-LCA)

S-LCA is a socio-economic assessment method that analyzes your products/services/activities, taking into account three dimensions:

  • The stages of their life cycle
  • The organizations (companies, institutions, etc.) that are involved in this life cycle
  • The stakeholders Stakeholders: an individual or group of individuals affected by the activities or decisions of an organization (ISO 26000)affected by these organizations

These elements can vary, be supplemented, or be prioritized, depending on the context and nature of the project. The objective of S-LCA is to enhance the social performance of the organizations that constitute the product's life cycle, ultimately improving the well-being of stakeholders. S-LCA provides a framework for evaluating the social footprint of your projects. For example: structuring your CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy, risk management in your value chain (supply chain), designing a new product, enhancing your responsible procurement/sourcing policy, showcasing your commitments, etc.
