Let's talk about biological diversity

The 16th Biodiversity Conference opened on October 21, 2024, in Cali, Colombia, and will continue until November 1st.

Under the auspices of the United Nations, the delegates will aim to define how governments around the world will track and adjust their actions to protect the biological diversity.

At EVEA, our R&D team is closely monitoring the progress of COP16 on Biodiversity to continue supporting our clients in understanding, analyzing, and taking action on their biodiversity challenges.

We work across all sectors: textiles, agriculture and food, energy, cosmetics, luxury, pharmaceuticals, and more.

We remain fully engaged with biodiversity issues through our active participation in the Plastic Footprint Network, the USEtox scientific consensus model, the monetization of externalities, and our involvement in working groups to integrate biodiversity KPIs into environmental labelling.
