Registration

Registration is open up to 7 days before the start of the course.


Once we receive your registration request, we will send you an Excel file to complete with your professional details. This information will enable us to issue the training agreement.


Yes, the training agreement is a compulsory document that formalises the relationship between the client organisation and the training provider.
For individual applicants, we issue a professional training contract instead.


No, inter-company training courses are designed to be attended from start to finish.


Courses are confirmed at least 15 days in advance. You will receive a confirmation email with venue directions and your personal extranet login details.


You may cancel your registration up to 7 days before the start of the course.

Complete the pre-course questionnaire available on your extranet. For software-based training, please download the software in advance (installation instructions are also available on your extranet).


Yes, especially for sessions involving software such as SimaPro© or ASKOR©. For all other sessions, we strongly recommend bringing a laptop so you can access the online questionnaires and e-learning materials.

Financing

Our training courses are not certified, and therefore not eligible for CPF funding.


Yes, your company can apply for OPCO funding (with direct payment to the training provider). For more information on OPCOs, see the France Compétences website.


The invoice will be sent to your company's accounting department or directly to the OPCO (if payment by subrogation) once the course has been completed.


A 30% deposit is required before the course. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the session.


Our sales team will provide a quote following a pedagogical scoping session with our training coordinator and/or a senior trainer.

Practical information

Sessions are held in Paris, Nantes or Lyon, either at EVEA offices or in rented training facilities.


Courses run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a 1.5-hour lunch break.


Yes, for training courses lasting 7 hours or more. You will have lunch at a local restaurant with the trainers and other participants.


Not at the moment, except for bespoke intra-company formats.


A certificate of completion, attendance sheet, and a quality report are sent to your organisation after the training.
You will also receive a PowerPoint summary of the session and additional resources for further learning.


Yes, in the pre-course questionnaire you are invited to let us know of any specific needs.
