Valérie's journey with EVEA began in September 2011.
When she delves into her memories, anecdotes abound: the unexpected kiss from Estelle, the recruiter, during the first interview; the warm atmosphere of the townhouse that served as EVEA's office, complete with deck chairs under fruit trees and a vegetable garden growing Jerusalem artichokes. There was also the legendary fridge hauled up to the 4th floor—without a lift—by colleagues in exchange for pizzas. The team triathlon in La Baule, the Nantes Foulées du Tram (tramway run)...
"We teased each other, challenged each other, and most importantly, supported each other!" she recalls with a sparkling smile behind her turquoise-blue glasses. Support—that's the word that best sums up EVEA for her. "A value that still shines brightly," she adds.
It is this collective strength and commitment to the planet that motivates her to get up every morning. Having previously worked for an oil company, she finally found meaning in her career. She even built a wooden house with her partner, as if to anchor this commitment in her personal life.
Today, Valérie is the Administrative Director. She juggles accounting, procurement, cooperative life, and board meetings. Valérie is the embodiment of versatility and joie de vivre. If you hear laughter echoing down a hallway, chances are it's her. ▪
